Intermediate Powerliting - The Base Cycle
Most training programs stop working once you move past the beginner stage.
Progress slows, weights feel heavier, and without structure, strength stalls.
Intermediate Powerlifting: Base Strength Cycle is a 12-week training program built around the three lifts that matter most:
- Squat
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
Each week focuses on consistent exposure to the competition lifts, controlled intensity using RPE, and targeted accessory work — allowing you to build real strength without burning out or needing to peak.
